Even in less extreme scenarios, inconsistent temperature control can disrupt learning environments. Classrooms that are too hot or too cold make it difficult for students to concentrate, while frequent relocations due to equipment failures add to the instability of the educational experience.

The Financial Catch-22

Addressing HVAC failures requires significant investment, and this is where many districts encounter a persistent dilemma.
